Important Delivery Notes

Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in saleable condition.

To Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at support@ezcarcare.zendesk.com, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return the item(s), along with any free gifts, triggers, or packaging your order no longer qualifies for.
  3. Use a tracked delivery service—we are not responsible for returns that are lost or arrive damaged.

Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Original shipping fees: Non-refundable except for faulty items.

If exchanging due to a change of mind, the customer must cover the cost of re-shipping the replacement item(s).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you've received a defective item, please email us at support@ezcarcare.zendesk.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the fault

If confirmed as faulty and returned within 30 days, return postage will be reimbursed upon request.
