Dispatch
Most orders are dispatched the same working day. During very busy periods and big promotions, dispatch can take 2 to 3 working days. You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

Digital downloads are sent by email and are free.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, in a condition we can resell.
- Contact us with your order number and the items you would like to return.
- We will reply with the return address and next steps.
- Send the items back using a tracked service.
- Once we have received and checked them, we refund your original payment method.
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Refunds can take a few working days to show, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue (including the packaging) and a short description. We will put it right quickly.
