Tracked Regular Parcel (Up to 4kg) - £3.99 or FREE with £75+ spend
Tracked Large Parcel (Up to 15kg) - £5.95 or FREE with £75+ spend
Tracked Extra Large Parcel - (Over 15kg) - £8.95 or FREE with £75+ spend
Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, your order will typically arrive the following business day.
Please note that delivery times may run beyond the stated estimates during busy sale periods, such as Black Friday.
Your order will be carefully picked and packed by the EZ Car Care team in our UK warehouse and delivered by Halo Fulfilment via Amazon courier.
Note: If your parcel weighs 25kg+ it will be sent via Parcelforce or DPD

Returns & Exchanges
- If you change your mind about your purchase you are welcome to return the item(s) to us provided they are in unused and saleable condition.
- You must notify us by email (stating the reason for the return and your order number) and send your item(s) back to us within 30 days of the delivery date. Please email support@ezcarcare.zendesk.com
- You must return any free gifts that your order would no longer qualify for, along with any triggers or packaging.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service to return your items. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive, or that reach us in damaged condition.
- The original postage paid is not reimbursed for returned orders, except on the rare occasion that a faulty item has been received.
- For any items that are returned for exchange due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item(s).
- In the unlikely event that you have received a defective item, please contact us support@ezcarcare.zendesk.com with details of the issue and a photograph of the fault along with your order number. For faulty goods returned within 30 days we will refund any postage costs upon request.

- Please ensure that you provide us with a complete and correct shipping address.
- We cannot be responsible for or issue refunds/replacements for orders that are lost or otherwise not delivered correctly due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, we will be happy to resend it to you. However, it will be necessary for us to charge for re- shipping.
