We aim to make shipping simple, fast and reliable. All orders are dispatched from the UK and delivered using Royal Mail for standard parcels, with courier services used for heavier shipments.


Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day.
  • During peak periods and promotions, dispatch may take slightly longer.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us.

UK Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

England & Wales

  • 0kg to 2kg (Tracked 48): £2.95
  • 2.01kg to 5kg (Tracked 48): £3.95
  • 5.01kg to 10kg (Tracked 48): £3.95
  • 10.01kg to 15.5kg (Tracked 48): £3.95

Free Standard Shipping is available on eligible orders over £40.00.


Bulk & Heavy Goods Shipping

Larger orders are shipped as bulk parcels or heavy goods depending on total weight.

England & Wales Bulk Shipping

  • 15.56kg to 28kg (1 to 2 parcels): £3.95
  • 28kg to 45kg (2 to 3 parcels): £4.95
  • 45kg to 60kg (3 to 4 parcels): £4.95
  • 60kg to 100kg (Heavy Goods): £14.95

Northern Ireland Shipping

Northern Ireland shipping rates and couriers differ due to parcel handling and transit requirements.

  • 0kg to 15kg (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £4.95
  • 15kg to 20kg (Courier Medium Parcel): £15.00
  • 20kg and up (Courier Heavy Goods): £19.99

Digital downloads are delivered by email and are free to ship.


Order Tracking

If your order is sent with Royal Mail, your tracking number will be emailed once dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In the original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition

To start a return, please contact us first with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide the next steps.

Return Postage

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

  • Photos of the issue (including packaging where relevant)
  • A brief description of the problem
