Shipping Times

Due to the current COVID situation we have had to reduce our staff numbers, this mixed with high amount of orders is effecting our dispatch times slightly. Our warehouse team will be working hard to ensure all of your orders get sent out as quickly & safely as possible. 

Unfortunately, we can not control if the couriers we use have any delays given the current climate.

You will get an email with an order confirmation once you have placed an order and then a second email with the tracking after your order has been dispatched. 

If you need to make any changes to your order and it hasn't already been dispatched, please contact our support team here.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website or use the search function until you find what you want. Click on Add to Cart button. A running total will appear of what you have ordered. You can continue to add more items or remove some at any time. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You can change the contents of your basket or cancel your order at any time - as your request is not confirmed until you enter payment details.

Damages/Faulty/Missing items

On the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged, faulty or missing items, please email us at support@ezcarcare.zendesk.com, include a photo of the damage  and we will resolve the issue for you. Please do this ASAP as we are not able to authorise replacements if the order is older than 30 days.

Payment & Currencies

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. These are processed online using the Shopify & PayPal secure payment service. Prices are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. Credit cards are pre-authorised immediately using the Shopify Pay & PayPal secure system. As part of our commitment to the security of our customers we may contact you to request further validation of your details.

If you do not want to pay online, you may send us cheque or postal order. Please DO NOT send credit card details by e-mail. Our online store includes a considerable level of security that is not included in e-mail. If you have any queries about making payments please contact us.

Remittance Terms

Please note that all goods must be paid for in full before shipping.

VAT/TAX Charges

Where necessary purchase taxes are included in the price at the current standard rate of 20%. Should you require a tax receipt for your order please request this by e-mail and quote your order number. The buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply to their particular country or state.


We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card details are processed using the Shopify & PayPal secure transaction system. Credit Card details are not stored on the Internet or on any of our own computers. Order with confidence!

This website is fully integrated with Shopify Pay & PayPal, one of the leading secure payment systems. Sensitive information is only requested on pages that are located on the Sage Pay & PayPal secure servers and this information cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone else.

Using the Shopify Pay & PayPal system, your credit card information remains safely in the hands of you and Shopify Pay & PayPal. No-one else has access to this.

Despite this attention to security we do understand that some people prefer not to enter their details online. If you have such concerns please contact us to arrange payment via cheque or postal order.

Order Completion

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error
  • Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions


Your Privacy

Your privacy and trust is important to us and we will treat any details you provide us with respectfully. We do not participate in unsolicited mailing (and avoid working with those who do), and will never give your contact information to other organisations unless legally required to do so.

All Sales and Promotions

Buy One Get One Free Offers only valid on chemical based products and you will be sent one of the same item purchased. Please note: This Offer can not be used in conjunction with other ongoing sale items or promotional offers.

Sales + Promotions by EZ Car Care will typically state t&c's apply where necessary, promotions and sales put on by EZ Car Care will state the end date of given promotion either at the beginning or during the sale when availability of items become limited. All promotions are final and can't be swapped for different promotions we have. We will only ever have 1 deal running at a time.

Discount Codes

No Discount Codes will apply on items that are in a current or ongoing promotion that EZ have running on said/given items. Codes will apply to full priced items that are not featured in any current/ongoing promotions/Accessories(unless stated). During our Halloween Sale promotion, all discount codes will be de-activated. This is due to the prices already being heavily reduced.

Discount codes can only be applied at time of promotion, issues can't be rectified once the order has been placed.

Supersize Promotion

The Supersize event will only be valid on EZ items that have been bought individually and not in a Kit/Create Your Own Deal. You do not need a code at checkout. The Supersize promotion will also not work on any 'Nano Labs' products. Our decision is final on all promotions and offers.
