These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the EZ Car Care website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products & Information

We take every care to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, colours, finishes, and packaging may vary slightly due to screen settings or production updates.

All products must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect use, dilution, or application.


Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of the order — acceptance occurs once the order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected misuse.


Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment is taken at checkout using our secure payment providers. Accepted payment methods include card payments, digital wallets, and Klarna (subject to approval).


Klarna

Klarna payment options are offered subject to eligibility and approval. All Klarna agreements are between you and Klarna. EZ Car Care is not responsible for Klarna payment schedules, approvals, or credit decisions.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier.


Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are processed once returns are received and inspected.


Product Warranty

Our products are covered against manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. This does not cover issues arising from misuse, incorrect storage, incorrect dilution, or use on unsuitable surfaces.


Limitation of Liability

EZ Car Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.


Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, product names, images, and materials are the property of EZ Car Care and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.


Trade & Wholesale

Trade pricing, availability, and terms are subject to approval. EZ Car Care reserves the right to amend or withdraw trade accounts at its discretion.


Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your data to third parties.


Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
