Sustainability
Sustainability
Designed to Reduce Waste. Built with Purpose.
At EZ Car Care, sustainability is built into how we formulate, manufacture, and package our products. By producing everything in-house, we reduce unnecessary transport, excess packaging, and waste across the supply chain.
Highly Concentrated Formulas
Our products are engineered to be highly concentrated, meaning less product is required per use. This directly reduces:
- Plastic consumption over time
- Shipping weight and associated emissions
- Overall chemical and packaging waste
More performance per bottle means fewer bottles used, simple, effective sustainability.
Smarter Packaging Choices
We actively reduce packaging where possible and prioritise materials that are easier to recycle and reuse.
- Compact and recyclable cardboard packaging
- Recycled cardboard used wherever possible
- rPET bottles introduced across parts of the range where suitable
Our focus is on durability, practicality, and minimising unnecessary materials without compromising product integrity.
Made in the UK
Manufacturing in the UK significantly reduces carbon impact compared to imported or white-label products. Local production means fewer transport miles, tighter quality control, and greater accountability.
Responsible Chemistry & Ongoing R&D
Sustainability also means rethinking chemistry. Through our in-house R&D programme, we actively work to reduce chemical load where possible and explore smarter formulation choices.
This includes:
- Developing more biodegradable formulations where performance allows
- Reducing reliance on harsher chemicals
- Exploring plant-based alternatives where viable
A recent example is our VOC-free glass cleaner, developed to deliver professional performance while reducing solvent impact.
Continuous Improvement
Sustainability is an ongoing process, not a finished state. As materials, chemistry, and manufacturing methods evolve, so do our products. We continually review formulations, packaging, and processes to find smarter, more responsible ways to improve, without compromising performance.
Less waste. Smarter materials. Better chemistry.
