Quartz provides 6–8 months of durable protection when applied to a properly prepped surface. Layering 2–3 coats can extend longevity even further and boost gloss and water behaviour.

Yes — Quartz can be layered on itself for increased durability, or used under a wax to deepen gloss and extend the life of your wax layer. It’s fully LSP-friendly and works seamlessly with your existing protection.
What preparation do I need before applying Quartz?

For the best bond and longest durability, ensure the surface is:
- Fully washed
- Decontaminated (tar, iron, etc.)
- Wiped down with Clarity X to remove oils
A clean, residue-free surface allows Quartz to crosslink properly.

Not when used correctly. Quartz should be applied in a light mist, spread thinly, then buffed with a clean plush cloth.
If you notice patching or slight high spots, simply apply a second light layer over the area — Quartz self-levels and evens out effortlessly.

I can't really rate this specific product, at the moment. As you'll see, unfortunately, the parcel arrived damaged in transit, contents somewhere sloshing about in the back of their van, ha, ha! However, I have been using EZ products for a good few years, now. And, they are fantastic with easy to follow instructions, giving me the finish I want. The great news is, that, following contact with the customer service team, in particular, Dee who was dealing with my issue. The company have sent me a replacement for the contents of the Quartz container, indeed, they just replaced everything in that parcel. I always mention where I get my car care products from, and, certainly, with this level of customer service, they'll continue to be my go-to website!
Products I don't have any problems with, delivery on the other hand is DIABOLICAL, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST, they always say they are going to fix it but never do. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Perfect service and brilliant product
Delivery was apalling 15 days from when you notified Roal Mail. You didnt send it, both times i placed an order i have had to chase you. Makes you not want to use you, real shame. Would be the best if you sorted delivery. No mystedy gift and you didnt put lid on so leaked.
