took weeks to come so i didnt have it for when i needed it (stated it would be delivered 2/3 days after i placed order but took 2 weeks) when i recieved the item my free gift was missing and bucket was smashed

Great value for money kit.. with a little of everything required for a full valet. Love the viper mixed at 4-1 it absolutely obliterated all the build up of crud and break dust. Chromance brought back the shine on the 10year old tiggy
Amazing every time
The 2 buckets had been Jammed inside each other with 2 5 litre containers in them. And cracked the inner bucket all the way round. Then whilst in Transit box had been damaged appears to have been dropped or something heavy had been dropped on it and then taped up with DPD Tape where the box had split open. Contacted your customer services by E mail which have been ignored twice. To this I will not be ordering anything from you again due to lack of care
Bit disappointed that the buckets didn’t come with grit guards and “wash” “rinse” stickers either applied or in the package to be applied by the end user. This is how they are portrayed in your advertising video clips. Other than that, not used all the products yet but quite impressed with the Liquid ceramic shampoo. Always been sceptical of how much ceramic material washing with a shampoo would leave on the surface but it’s surprising.
