When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. During busy periods or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Who delivers my order?

Most orders are delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Heavier or bulk orders may be sent via courier.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over £40.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Who pays for return postage?

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear.

Where are EZ products made?

All EZ Car Care products are manufactured in the UK and batch-coded for quality control.

Where possible, we use recycled cardboard and rPET bottles, alongside compact, recyclable packaging to reduce waste.

Are your formulas environmentally friendly?

We actively work to reduce chemical load and explore more biodegradable and plant-based alternatives where performance allows.
