Order Tracking
Track Your EZ Car Care Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. This allows you to follow your delivery from our facility to your door.
How to Track Your Order
- Check your dispatch confirmation email from EZ Car Care.
- Click the Royal Mail tracking link provided, or copy the tracking number.
- Visit the Royal Mail tracking page and enter your tracking number.

When Will My Tracking Update?
Royal Mail tracking may take 24 hours to update after dispatch. In some cases, tracking will only update once the parcel has reached the first sorting facility.
Please note that tracking updates are provided directly by Royal Mail and are outside of our control once dispatched.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated from the point of dispatch:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Aim: 1–2 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Aim: 2–3 working days
Delivery times may vary during busy periods, bank holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.
My Tracking Hasn’t Updated
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, please:
- Allow additional time during peak periods
- Check your delivery address is correct
- Ensure the parcel has not been left in a safe place
If there’s still no update after this time, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.
