Product Warranty
EZ Car Care products are covered against manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt.
Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund, where appropriate
Proof of purchase and batch information may be required to assist our investigation.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Incorrect use or dilution
- Failure to follow product instructions
- Use on unsuitable surfaces
- Normal wear and tear
- Storage in extreme temperatures
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect

- Batch code (printed on the bottle)
