Citrus Wash is a versatile, alkaline-based cleaner designed to lift heavy contamination before contact washing.

Suitable for paintwork, door shuts, hinges, engine bays, trims and grille surrounds.

Citrus Wash is a high-powered pre-wash cleaner designed to break down dirt, salt, grease, road film, and grime before you make contact with the paint. It lifts contamination safely, reducing the risk of swirl marks during the wash process.

Citrus Wash is safe on paintwork, trims, door shuts, hinges, engine bays, and grille surrounds, as long as it is diluted correctly.

However, do not use it on un-lacquered aluminium, chrome, or vinyl wraps, as the alkaline strength may cause staining.

At normal dilution, Citrus Wash is wax-safe.

At higher concentrations or frequent use, it can reduce the durability of waxes and sealants — which is ideal if you’re intentionally deep-cleaning, but not recommended for every wash.

Use the dilution ratios below depending on the job:

  • 10:1 – General pre-wash
  • 5:1 – Heavy grime
  • 4:1 – Oil, grease, and engine bays

Always dilute with clean water and never use Citrus Wash neat.
